Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and fair access to appointments for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments (“no‑shows”) may also incur a fee and may require prepayment for future bookings. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
